Donations made on DonorUnity.com are processed through third-party payment gateways. These gateways may charge a Payment Processing Fee for each transaction.

• This fee is typically a percentage of the donation amount + a fixed transaction charge.

• The exact amount depends on the donor’s chosen payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

? Important: DonorUnity.com does not set or control payment processor fees. These are charged by banks and payment partners in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines governing secure payments and digital fund transfers.

• Goods & Services Tax (GST) may apply to Platform Service Fees.

• Tax rates will be clearly displayed at checkout where applicable.

• Donors and Campaign Owners are responsible for understanding their own tax obligations.

Once a campaign receives donations:

3. Remaining Funds are available for withdrawal by the Campaign Owner.

• Donation Received: ₹10,000

• Payment Processing Fees: ₹300

• Platform Service Fee (5%): ₹485 (5% on ₹9,700)

• Net Amount for Campaign Owner: ₹9,215
